Set Up Your Samsung Phone

1. Open Play Store on your phone. Note: you can download the Samsung Pay app in the Google Play Store or Galaxy Apps.
2. Open the Samsung Pay app.
3. To add your Gate City Bank Debit Card, click on 'Add' located on the top screen.
4. Use your phone’s camera to scan your number and expiration date. 
5. Enter the three-digit security code located on the back of your card.

Upon verification, you will receive an email or letter from Gate City Bank to acknowledge your card is ready to be used digitally.

Terminals With Mobile Wallet Symbol

• Place the top of your phone near the symbol.
• Swipe up on your phone screen while it is locked or open.
• Use your fingerprint or secure code to authorize the transaction.

Terminals Without Mobile Wallet Symbol

• Hold the phone near the magnetic card reader. (This option is only available with Samsung Pay.)
• Swipe up on your phone screen while it is locked or open.
• Use your fingerprint or secure code to authorize the transaction.
